Absolute delight to deal with Remon at Tech Lab. I communicated with him first about the issue I had with a broken camera part, and then went to see him at his shop knowing that he had the skills to do the job. Customer service is lovely. I sent a Macbook with a broken screen in for repair, and they were very helpful, but the screen that came back was glitchy. They were extremely kind to repair it again for free— but the screen that came back this time has a faulty camera. I think I just got struck with bad luck twice in a row.
Freesate box hard drive broken, phone freesate and they say youll have to buy a new box £235, spoke to Tech Lab, they provided new hard drive £40. Great service, thank you Tech Lab
iPad Pro not charging over weekend, posted on Monday, received back fixed on Thursday! Very responsive, considered and prompt communication and very effective repair to charging port (so far!) 😁 Would absolutely recommend and use again if necessary! Thanks

Amazing!!! Remind fixed my laptop in just a week after it crashed and wouldn't turn back on at all! I was so worried but I needn't have been because he fixed it and it turns out it was dire inside the fan was so clogged it wouldn't move at all. He was so friendly and helpful and kept me updated the whole time, and I'll definitely be going there again the next time I break something! and now I know I shouldn't sew teddy bears and leave the half sewn parts on my laptop keyboard whoopsie

Remon is the guy you need to know. He is an exceptional skilled and talented engineer and Tech Lab was the only computer repair company in the area that could fix my laptop issues. Others couldnt understand the issues, others' repairs made it worse.Remon understood the issue, diagnosed the problem and communicated this to me in a friendly but clear and concise manner.
